Rob oversees LEARN’s partnership department and clinical support teams, which manage administrative operations functions, including payor contracting, credentialing, intake, scheduling, authorizations, clinical compliance, and operational systems. He brings to the position 20-plus years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, having led the expansion of Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) from southern California to northern California and eight additional states. With an M.S. in counseling, Rob is a board certified behavior analyst and has served on several boards and taught at California State University, Los Angeles.
