Mentoring is something I truly love doing, and something that has helped me grow in my various positions with AST and LEARN. Right now, I’m part of a team launching a mentorship program for employees taking part in LEARN’s Future Leaders Diversity Advancement Program Cohort—and I’m thrilled to be a core part of this initiative.
