Partner with LEARN for the next phase of your organization’s journey.
Your team is special. So are we.
You built your practice from the ground up, shaping every decision—big and small. Why would you consider selling and entrusting what you’ve built to someone else?
We’re an organization made up of contemporary applied behavior analysis (ABA) providers who share a common mission: to find success for every child with autism in our care. We trace our roots in autism back more than 20 years, currently serving clients across the country and bringing this expertise and perspective to everything we do. Our goal is to take what you do and combine it with what we do to do more—serve more clients, create more opportunities for staff, and support our communities.
Mission-Driven from the Start
Many organizations in our field are newcomers. That’s not the case with LEARN. Since LEARN originated, we’ve focused on working with children to find ways to help them succeed in school and life.
The result is the LEARN Behavioral we know today, a collective group of passionate, forward-thinking clinicians, professionals, and business people who work together to solve problems—and nurture potential in kids and young adults.

Our Clinical Approach: Backed by Science, Tailored to Every Child and Family
Our collective group of ABA providers work together to deliver the highest form of research-based ABA therapy, tailored exclusively to the needs, interests, and personality of every client. We refer to our therapy, refined over more than 20 years of clinical practice and insight, as contemporary ABA.
Meet Hanna Rue, Ph.D., BCBA-D
Chief Clinical Officer
As the chief clinical officer for LEARN, Dr. Hanna Rue oversees our clinical practice and approach—and our organization-wide commitment to clinical excellence and to ongoing clinical learning and growth. She brings to her position more than 20 years of work with individuals with developmental disabilities in home, school, clinic, and residential settings. She holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and maintains board certification as a behavior analyst. Previously, Hanna served as the executive director of the National Autism Center and as vice president of autism services at May Institute. She oversaw the second phase of the National Standards Project (NSP), a multi-year initiative that identified best practices in the evidence-based treatment of autism spectrum disorder. More recently, as part of a global team, she helped develop a standard set to define outcomes and measurement tools for treating autism spectrum disorder with the International Consortium of Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM).
Culture: An Integral Part of Us
Culture matters at LEARN—and infiltrates everything we do, from our interactions with clients and conversations with families to the people and partners who make up our team.
Our cultural DNA consists of three components:
1 |
Growth – Ongoing LEARNing and curiosity are key to the work-life of every team member. With a deliberate promote-from-within ethos, we offer a clinical career path with clear-cut advancement opportunities for team members at all levels, plus tuition support programs to help employees earn credentials to grow their careers. |
2 |
Support – Our clinical team couldn’t do what they do without our wide network of support. At LEARN, support comes in the robust professional development opportunities we give to our team. It comes in the front-end and back-end support with intake, scheduling, operations, hiring, and health insurance. And it comes in our organization-wide commitment to be there for and see each other excel. |
3 |
Excellence – We strive to be the best in our field, pushing ourselves to uncover new trends and better practices and ideas. Excellence shows up in our dedication to lifelong learning, researching, and applying fresh approaches—and in our unwavering insistence on quality in everything we do. |

Our Value Proposition: Become part of something bigger
What can a partnership with LEARN do for you and your team?
At LEARN, we work hard every day to build the best organization in the field—an organization of dedicated people who are client-centered and flexible in approach; who put clinical excellence at the forefront of our services; who collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to achieve clinical outcomes; and who believe in challenging and growing our team members every day. Our goal is to partner with teams who believe what we believe; who are committed to improving their practice; and who want to collaborate to build a brighter future for the clients we serve and the field we love.
