Baseline DEI Evaluation – Establish a baseline for staff’s cultural sensitivity and understanding key DEI principles. Begin collecting and reporting on client diversity. |

Manager Development – Identify and secure specialized DEI/ cultural sensitivity training for LEARN people managers. |

Executive Leadership Awareness – Deliver a facilitated workshop for LEARN’s executive leadership team to explore DEI, anti-racism and privilege, among other concepts. |

LEARN Future Leaders Diversity Advancement Programs – Provide opportunities for underrepresented groups to further their careers via tuition reimbursement, certificates and/or other education opportunities. |

Enhanced Language Services – Improve access to translation services to assist staff in the field without relying on co-workers or existing services that are difficult to utilize. |
