As the Chief Human Resources Officer at LEARN, Christi leads the company’s people strategy and oversees talent acquisition, onboarding, employee experience, talent management, total rewards, and HR technology. Before joining LEARN, Christi was Senior Vice President, Head of People at Tanger Inc., and previously held senior leadership roles at PVH Corp. and HARMAN International, a Samsung company. She brings extensive experience leading human capital strategies in large, complex global organizations, with a passion for unlocking leadership potential and building cultures that enable high performance and growth. Christi holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from West Chester University and a master’s degree in leadership development from Penn State. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Westport Weston Family YMCA, where she is Secretary.
