      Taylor Roane, M.S. Ed., BCBA, LBA

      Clinical Director

      “I feel grateful to work alongside such an outstanding and caring team that helps so many families in the New Orleans area access the quality services they need.” 

       Taylor Roane, M.S. Ed., BCBA, LBA is the clinical director of the New Orleans Southshore Region. She was born and raised in New Orleans and received her undergraduate degree in psychology and sociology from Louisiana State University. While at LSU, Taylor fell in love with the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) while working with children with autism and other disabilities in clinic and school settings. She received her master’s from Arizona State University in special education with an emphasis in autism spectrum disorders. Taylor joined AST in 2012 as a behavior technician. After receiving her BCBA in 2013, she was promoted to one of our first clinical supervisors in New Orleans. She has held numerous positions at AST NOLA, including behavior technician, behavior analyst, behavior consultant, trainer, managing behavior analyst, and assistant clinical director. 

      Bradley Ross, MA, BCBA, LBA

      Clinical Director

      “I feel passionate that ABA is a strong tool to support children and their families as they learn and grow together.”  

      Bradley Ross serves as a clinical director for AST, where he coordinates a team of behavior analysts, intervention specialists, and other service providers to deliver high-quality services for children with autism and other disabilities. Since joining AST in 2016, Bradley has predominately worked in the Louisiana Northshore area. Born and raised in Louisiana, he received his master’s degree in psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University and completed ABA coursework through St. Joseph’s University. Bradley completed an internship and later served as a behavioral program supervisor for Northlake Supports and Services Center, where he worked to transition adults with developmental disabilities into community homes. During his experience working with adults, Bradley learned the importance of early intervention services and began to transition to work with children. He is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and a licensed behavior analyst in the state of Louisiana. 

      Rebecca Mandal-Blasio, Ph.D., BCBA-D

      Senior Clinical Director

      “I truly feel it’s my life’s destiny to teach children with developmental disabilities how to become the best person possible while advocating for families to have access to services they deserve.” 

      Dr. Rebecca Mandal-Blasio is AST’s senior clinical director in Louisiana. She leads a team of supervisors and behavior interventionists serving families in and around New Orleans. A Louisiana native, she received her Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi and completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute of Johns Hopkins School of Medicine as part of the Neurobehavioral Outpatient Unit and Pervasive Developmental Disorders Clinic. She is a licensed psychologist in the state of Louisiana and the former director of the Northlake Resource Center on Developmental Disabilities.
