Founder Transition Program
Founder Transition Program: Join Something Bigger in ABA
Now more than ever, the field of ABA is changing.
Like many other sectors of the U.S. economy, founders of ABA practices are facing challenges. Inflation, evolving and confusing payor policies, and dynamic competition all come against the backdrop of economic and political uncertainty.
In these times, it’s only logical for clinician owners to think about what’s next for them and their organizations.
Considering these circumstances, LEARN Behavioral is launching the LEARN Founder Transition Program. LEARN is a leading provider of behavior treatment across 18 states. We serve more than 5,000 families, and we’re growing.
We created the Founder Transition Program specifically for clinician owners of small ABA practices. We offer a mechanism for clinician owners to reduce their personal risk, while securing a bright future for their clients and staff.

How the Program Works
The LEARN Founder Transition Program operates through the following steps:
1 |
Review and Offer: After a brief review period, LEARN will prepare a transition offer for the clinician owner. |
2 |
Agreement: If mutually agreeable terms are reached, LEARN will create a 30-60 day transition plan. |
3 |
Transition Process: Upon transition, LEARN will assume all leases and help with the smooth transfer of staff and clients to its operating platform. This includes payroll, billing, scheduling, contracting, credentialing, recruiting, compliance, and other tasks. |
4 |
Continued Growth: Together, LEARN and the clinician owner will collaborate to define a path for ongoing growth to support the local community. |
