What does a Behavior Technician do?

- For starters, you get to PLAY. You’ll work one-on-one with children with autism using a form of therapy, known as applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, to help children learn an abundance of skills that set them up for success in school and life.
- You will experience GROWTH. Not only will you learn about ABA and how it will help you throughout your career and life, but you’ll also learn how to adapt to challenges, remain calm under pressure, demonstrate empathy and patience towards others, and build resilience.
